– Call to discuss your requirements
– You will be issued a RMA number
– Send without springs if a coil-over design *
– Include a note with your contact information
– Write RMA number on the outside of box and on note
– Your sales person will contact you after parts are inspected
* Sent with springs installed will incur additional charges
